"I loved being able to spend extended time with other coaches and hear real life stories of coaching. I left with a bag of new tricks, new friends, and new energy to bring back to my school."

"I have now attended two PLOs. Every session that I attended provided me with useful information that can be implemented in my school. The camaraderie at these PLOs is amazing and unlike any other conference I have attended. It helped me to build my network and resources."

“Being new to coaching, I was super impressed by the whole process. I am still finding my role within our school, but I am energized by the ideas I took away and the connections I made. My head is still spinning from all the ideas I took from the PLO.”

“The scenario's were excellent and allowed for good conversations and affirmed some of the things I do as well and gave me pause to think about some other practices.”

I always like the opportunity to connect with other coaches. I find this the most beneficial aspect of the PLO's. I love gaining insights and knowledge from the other coaches and the way they have developed coaching in their schools.

The breakout sessions were amazing! Great ideas, awesome resources, and links to the information to share at our PIIC Monthly meeting and with our teachers in our district. I attended What About Words? and am really interested in the Reaching New Heights with Gordon’s Ladder and the iNeed, iLearn, iShare sessions. I heard a lot of great feedback about these 2 sessions. I also love that other coaches are presenting sessions because it adds a sense of relatability to the content.

I was trying to figure out what made this some of the best PD I’ve ever attended. The presenters were good, no doubt, but it was more than that. I believe this was the first time that I ever attended professional learning when all of the attendees were truly excited to be there. There was full participation in every session I attended, the conversations never stopped until someone had to limit the time, the questions were plentiful, and the attitudes were over the top positive. There is something almost magical about being a part of a group like that. It makes me feel like our job – our mission – is possible.  Thank you so much for the inspiration and the opportunity to be a part of this.
